Healthy in a stressful world

Is it possible to be healthy in the mist of stress, it may sound like claiming that a fish can live comfortably on land. But it is absolutely possible .If you will just follow me for several weeks, as  I begin to unravel the processes and activities that you can follow and remain healthy and calm irrespective of the situation surrounding you.
Total health is a combination of spiritual ,physical,emotional,and mental balance
this blog is not about exercise regiments or drugs to take. Its about a natural way of life to remain healthy.
According to Ellen White, Health is a great treasure. It is the richest possession mortals can have .Wealth ,honor, or learning is dearly purchased ,if it be at the loss of the vigor of health.NON OF THESE ATTAINMENTS CAN SECURE HAPPINESS IF HEALTH IS WANTING.
The time to leave healthy has come, It is simple by following a holistic, practical and comprehensive nutshell and simple natural methods to bring about miraculous results.
In my next post I will be talking about how spiritual imbalance is related to disease states.
