HARMFUL FOOD INGREDIENTS TO AVOID 001

I believe that by now you have developed a daily health habit  comprising of good water intake, enough sunlight, good ventilation , especially adequate oxygen intake by carrying out deep breathing exercises to ensure that the whole lungs is filled with air., Hydrotherapy bath, and so on . Now that we are done with that, I want to talk about several kinds of food that we must avoid like a plague.
Most times we take in this substances every day without knowing the harmful effect of accumulation of this substances in the long run.
The first ingredient I want to mention today is CHEESE.
CHEESE should be avoided. and should never be introduced into the stomach as it is rotten milk that is unfit as food .CHEESE is a burden for the body to digest ,it contains pus,unhealthy hormones ,antibiotics,harmful bacteria and cancer causing substances.
