GOOD DIET, LESS DRUGS

In more recent years a growing body of studies are showing that simple lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise are effective remedies in preventing and even curing many common ills .There are many common life conditions that can be managed without medication e.g arthritis .high cholesterol, depression, diabetes , High blood pressure, osteoporosis etc .The decision to use surgery ,drugs or antibiotics must be the last resort. Erroneous eating and drinking habits  result in reduced physical energy and weakens the bodies ability to defend itself against disease.
What then is the perfect diet?
"And God said Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed ,which is upon the face of all the earth and every tree in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed to you it shall be for meat"Genesis 1:29.
Awareness is increasing that surrounded as we are with increasing toxicity  in our food and environment eating a pure and healthful diet is more important than ever. He who created  man and understands his needs appointed man his food. Vegetables ,fruits ,grains, nuts, and seeds constitute the primary diet chosen for us by our creator. Even animal food should be well chosen before eating for example it is always better to eat all kinds of fish that has scales than to go for the ones without scales because the fish without scales absorbs huge amounts of mercury. In fact, the level of pollutants in such fish is so high that the food and drug administration in some countries advises pregnant women to avoid eating such fish since the concentration of mercury in such fish is so high that it could harm the developing nervous system of unborn babies and young children. No wonder God himself clearly instructed us in the bible not to eat sea creatures that have no scale.let us go back to nature so that we can live longer healthier lives. BUT REMEMBER GOOD HEALTH IS A CONTINUOUS HABIT NOT AN EVENT

High blood pressure, or hypertension, affects nearly one-third of Americans. And nearly half of those cases are out of control, health officials say. Furthermore, nearly one in three Americans has prehypertension – a condition which shows elevated blood…
