The leaves of the sour sop fruit can be used to make tea. Fresh leaves or dry leaves can be used .Two leaves is enough per person .The number of leaves you use depends on the number of persons you want to serve
Place the leaves in boiling water, just as you would make ordinary tea, and cover to prevent the aroma from escaping, and leave to stand for one hour.The strength and the potency of the sour sap leave tea, depends on the number of leaves and the length of time it is left in the boiling water .sieve out the leaves and drink as normal tea.The sour sop tea has been known to alleviate migraine headaches,.diarrhea ,cough , back pain,stress and nerve ailments.and if one is suffering from insomnia, try taking the tea before gong to sleep and if your child has a bed wetting problem,this tea will help prevent it.The effects of the tea is most useful if taken one hour before food or one hour after food

Take a knife and cut  down the center of the sour sop fruit,take the white part and put in bowl.add water and squeeze the juice gently until all the juice is removed.
Strain into a separate bowl to get a smooth fluid  without particles.
Add a little distilled water.
squeeze half lemon juice and add to the sour sop juice.
Our drink is ready .can be served normally or cold.
