5 Healing Properties of Pineapple

  • Healthy bones and cartilage. One portion of fresh pineapple contains 76% of the recommended daily dose of manganese. Manganese is an essential element for the growth of healthy bones and cartilage. Manganese is also important for the formation of collagen and the healing of wounds.
  • Treatment of gout. Gout is caused by accumulation of abnormal levels of uric acid in the blood causing joint inflammation.   Consumption of pineapple helps reduce the level of uric acid in the blood, thus effectively preventing painful aggravations associated with gout.
  • Anti-inflammatory. Bromelain is an enzyme that has anti-inflammatory properties. Bromelain helps the body get rid of toxins by fighting off inflammation which impacts all the tissues and organs in the body. Regular consumption of pineapple can help to treat mild forms of arthritis and sports injuries by reducing inflammation and pain. The pulp of fresh pineapple can be used as a facial mask to soothe the skin. Vitamin C will help slow down the aging process and reduce wrinkles. Pineapple can also be used as an exfoliator to remove calluses and dry skin. Additionally, foods rich in manganese, as pineapple, will help you maintain healthy, glowing skin.
  • Weight loss and maintenance of weight.  Due to the fiber contained in pineapple, it takes more time to digest, thus causing a prolonged feeling of satiety.  Fiber also helps prevent constipation by stimulating bowel movement.
Pineapple Cough Suppressant Recipe
– 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice
– 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
– 1 piece of ginger (about 2 inches)
– 1 Tbsp raw honey
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients and take 1/4 cup, 3 times daily.

But it is absolutely possible .If you will just follow me for several weeks, as  I begin to unravel the processes and activities that you can follow and remain healthy and calm irrespective of the situation surrounding you.
Total health is a combination of spiritual ,physical,emotional,and mental balance
this blog is not about exercise regiments or drugs to take. Its about a natural way of life to remain healthy.
According to Ellen White, Health is a great treasure. It is the richest possession mortals can have .Wealth ,honor, or learning is dearly purchased ,if it be at the loss of the vigor of health.NON OF THESE ATTAINMENTS CAN SECURE HAPPINESS IF HEALTH IS WANTING.
The time to leave healthy has come, It is simple by following a holistic, practical and comprehensive nutshell and simple natural methods to bring about miraculous results.
